Kitty

At 9.75  inches tall, little Kitty has been made from semi sparse  bright russet on tan mohair,  The tips of her paws, toes, ears and templehave been lightly distressed with trimming shaving and plucking, to give her the appearance of a lightly worn, older bear.  Her paw pads are a soft shade of biscuit colour woolfelt. She has been filled with woodwool and is weighted with steel granules. Her black glass  eyes and mossy brown stitched and waxed nose, have been gently enhanced with hand painted detail. Kitty is cotter pin jointed. She wears an artist made, check flannel and unbleached muslin dress with a raw hem.  Her dress fastens at the back with 4 vintage buttons and is trimmed with a velvet ribbon sash.
