Elsie

At 10 inches tall, little Elsie is10" has been made from a sparse, stone colour mohair that has been lightly distressed on the tips of her ears, paws and toes. Her paw pads are a lovely soft shade of biscuit colour woolfelt. She has been softly filled with a mix of woodwool, polyester fibre and steel granules. Her English glass eyes and copper colour stitched nose, have been gently enhanced with hand painted detail. Elsie is cotter pin jointed with alittle wobble head. She wears an artist made cotton mulle dress, fastening with vintage mother of pearl buttons. The bodice and, bottom of the skirt have been embroidered with tiny roses and lightly teastained. Her ensemble is completed with a little silk neck bow.
