Delphie

Delphie is about 7.75" (20cm) tall and has been made from a dense, hand dyed pearl grey mohair. She has soft biscuit coloured, wool felt paw pads, an amber stitched nose and English glass eyes. For added expression, a little hand painted detail has been applied to her face. The mohair has been lightly aged at the tips of her ears, paws and toes . She is filled with wood wool and steel weight and is five way cotter pin jointed. Delphie wears a a pretty silk and tulle party dress. The bodice has been fashioned from an oyster colour silk habotai and is completed with an ivory spotty tulle skirt with an oyster tulle underskirt. The bodice closes at the back with 3 loop and vintage pearl fastenings and her skirt is trimmed with a hand dyed silk ribbon.
