Betta

Betta is about 7" tall and has been made from a heavily distressed hand dyed, pale pink coloured mohair.  I think the best description is strawberry yoghurt. The fabric has been trimmed, plucked and stained to give her the appearance of an older bear. She has pale biscuit, wool felt paw pads, a soft soft mossy brown stitched and waxed nose  She has glass eyes and a little hand painted detail to her face. She is filled with wood wool and steel weight. Betta wears a handmade pinafore crafted from a vintage white, cotton linen mix fabric which has been trimmed with vintage cotton lace.  Her pini has been lightly aged and embroidered with a little floral heart.
