Betsy

Betsy is 8.5 inches tall and made from a very pretty soft caramel coloured viscose fabric and pale biscuit woolfelt. She has glass eyes and a mossy brown embroidered and waxed nose.  Her face has been subtly shaded while the tips of her ears, paws, and toes have been lightly trimmed.  Betsy is filled with woodwool and is weighted in her tummy, paws, and toes with sealed bags of steel granules.
 She wears a pretty 3/4 length sleeve dress, with a bodice sewn from a lavender coloured floral cotton lawn, which has been designed and printed especially for her. The tiny blue and white flowers compliment her blue sash and white skirt, which has been finished with a scallop hem, threaded with lavender embroidery thread. Her dress fastens with tiny handcrafted loops and pearl beads.
