Abelene

Abelene is just about 7" tall and has been made from a heavily distressed dense, pistachio coloured mohair. The fabric has been trimmed, plucked and stained to give her the appearance of an older bear. She has pale biscuit, woolfelt paw pads, a soft soft mossy brown stitched and waxed nose  She has glass eyes and a little hand painted detail to her face. She is filled with wood wool and steel weight. Abelene wears a handmade pinafore crafted from natural colour, winceyette and cotton lace.  Her pini has been lightly aged and embroidered with a wee bunny.
